Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in health care administration, business, or management.
5 years outside business development/sales in post-acute healthcare.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven collaboration with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
Track record of achieving sales goals and retaining existing business.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel daily, with under 25% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Develop a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets in long-term care facilities.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with facility administration and staff.
Expand presence and drive new business within the assigned market.
Maintain and document a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reports.
Coordinate with clinical operations and providers to ensure service delivery.
Attend industry events and travel as required.
