Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation seeks a Regional Portfolio Manager to oversee an Affordable portfolio in the San Diego, CA area with 5+ years in residential property management and deep knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs.

The role is full-time with benefits, requires up to 75% on-site travel, and offers a salary range of $100,000–$110,000 plus a bonus program up to 12% for high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Regional Manager in residential property management.
• Extensive experience in affordable multi-family properties and knowledge of the local market.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, PSH, Section 8, Senior, Rural Development.
• Oversight of multi-family operations including financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing, leasing, and occupancy goals and ensure waiting lists compliance.
• Manage financial performance, track revenues/expenses, and report status.
• Supervise staff, address performance issues, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure staff training completion and provide support as needed.
