Qualifications

• Previous experience as a regional manager in residential multi-family property management is required.
• Must possess experience in affordable housing and complex operational matters.
• Willingness to obtain CA License within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee properties in the portfolio to achieve overall community objectives.
• Hire, train, mentor, lead and inspire a team of property management professionals.
• Manage financial budgeting and marketing efforts for all apartment communities.
