Job summary

HOA Talent is seeking a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager with leadership experience to mentor other property managers while overseeing a portfolio of communities. The role balances hands-on portfolio work with supporting the wider team and client relations.

You will mentor peers, lead board and annual meetings, manage budgets, and ensure smooth operations across properties. On-site role with a strong emphasis on cross-unit collaboration and service quality.

Qualifications

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager with leadership experience, ready to mentor and guide other property managers while running a portfolio of communities of their own. This role suits someone who's spent time in the field managing boards and residents directly, but is now looking to take on a bigger-picture role — helping shape how other managers operate, sharing what's worked, and stepping in where needed to keep things running smoothly. You'll balance the hands-on work of your own portfolio with the responsibility of being a steady, experienced resource for the wider team.

What You'll Do:

Portfolio Management

• Oversee a portfolio of community associations
• Handle rule enforcement and violations
• Manage owners and residents
• Source, supervise, and evaluate vendors and contracts
• Run board and annual meetings
• Build and manage association budgets
• Review financials and code AP entries
• Process unit sale/lease applications promptly

Regional Support & Leadership

• Serve as a go-to resource for other property managers in the region
• Act as a point of escalation for cross-portfolio operational issues
• Lead training sessions on legislative updates and operational best practices
• Conduct client check-ins
• Support business development - including client pitch meetings and onboarding new associations
  

• $100,000 base salary
