Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Regional PMO Lead/Director to drive transformation across MMIS operations in the United States. This remote leadership role focuses on establishing governance, delivering measurable outcomes, and guiding a multi-team portfolio across regional clients.

You will own the regional PMO roadmap, institute repeatable processes, and report to executives while partnering with delivery leaders to improve execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on transformation experience across people, processes, technology, and governance.
• Ability to translate complex project data into executive insights.
• Experience establishing/improving PMO operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional PMO transformation strategy with a defined roadmap and KPIs.
• Establish and improve PMO governance frameworks and reporting structures.
• Provide strategic portfolio leadership linking performance to client commitments and financial impact.
• Identify risks, blockers, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
• Drive proactive planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation across multiple teams.
