Alta Equipment Group is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for the Allied (Non-Mobile) product line in the defined region. You will work with account managers to drive sales, provide product expertise, manage key projects, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Regular travel supports customer engagements and regional growth. Knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems is essential to tailor recommendations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or a technical role in industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region (~75%).
• Working knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems.

Mansioni

• Act as the product expert and champion for Allied (Non-Mobile) solutions within the region.
• Partner with account managers to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including warehouse solutions and racking systems.
• Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to improve product positioning.
• Lead and coordinate product-related projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and technical support to drive project success.
• Track and report project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support account managers with joint customer visits, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Provide product training sessions and ongoing support to internal teams and customers.
• Relay market feedback to inform product development and adjustments.
