This role requires ongoing licensure maintenance, travel, and collaboration with vendors, with a compensation package including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $90,000–$180,000, plus incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed plumbing manager with state certification.
• 3–5 years of leadership in facilities maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel for regional coverage (≈50% or more).
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits.
