Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general facilities/services/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership and ability to develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for regional facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership.
• Manage vendors and contractors as needed.
• Reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training and inspections as required.
