Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably for associates and customers.
You will travel approximately 50% within the region, maintain contractor licenses, coordinate with store managers and vendors, handle reporting and analytics, and participate in training to meet regulatory
Qualifications
- 3-5 years facilities services/building maintenance experience
- Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
- Leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Travel regional 50%+; maintain mechanical contractor licenses in state of employment
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed
- Prepare reports and analytics on facilities performance
- Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in training to meet latest regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections
