Job summary

Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Regional Plant Operations Director to lead and coordinate plant operations and housekeeping across communities. You will drive budgets, staffing, safety, and compliance while partnering with regional teams and home office staff to deliver optimal resident services and operational performance.

The role requires strong leadership, HVAC/CPO credentials, and extensive experience in multi-site maintenance, with travel and onsite availability as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or training is highly recommended.
• CPO certification and pool experience are recommended; may be required to obtain.
• Two years of college and at least three years of experience in multi-unit maintenance with supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct service departments, focusing on Housekeeping and Plant Operations.
• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping staff, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state and federal guidelines across communities.
• Analyze reports and timelines to improve productivity and efficiency.
