Job summary

CHEP seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to stabilize operations, drive site transformations, and support new facility startups and major initiatives. You will lead rapidly in turnaround scenarios and oversee full plant P&L, with frequent US travel and multi-site assignments.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in plant/site leadership, strong operational execution, and proven crisis leadership. This role requires high mobility and the ability to guide both hourly and salaried teams to rapid

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in Plant/Site Leader roles in manufacturing or similar production environment.
• Deep operational execution experience.
• Rapid situational assessment ability.
• Strong turnaround skills.
• High mobility and travel flexibility.
• Strong turnaround and crisis leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Full site leadership (production, safety, cost, quality, service).
• First 90-day execution planning and translating network priorities into plant execution.
• Deployable to any plant within US Service Center Network.
• Own full plant P&L.
