Job summary

Orion International is seeking experienced manufacturing leaders for unique, short-term assignments across our U.S. plant network. These full-time roles require the ability to travel up to 75% and be deployable to specific sites for months at a time.

Ideal candidates have multi-site plant manufacturing leadership experience across industries such as food, beverage, packaging, consumer goods, or automotive, and a track record of delivering results in challenging operations or turnaround scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site assignments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead short-term plant assignments across the network.
• Drive operational improvements during transitions/turnarounds.

Remote/Plant-Based Role: Person can live anywhere in the U.S. with the ability to travel up to 75% and deployable to specific U.S. sites to manage short-term assignments for months at a time.
