Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership with significant plant leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations (500+ employees).
• Experience in Tier 1 automotive or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading a plant turnaround or major performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations with full accountability for P&L performance, operational execution, safety, quality, delivery, capital investments, and workforce development.
• Develop and execute strategic operational roadmaps to improve productivity and support long-term growth.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and culture of accountability.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement strategies and drive organizational transformation.

This role is responsible for developing a high-performing organization that aligns operational execution with long-term business strategy while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

• Lead all plant operations with full accountability for P&L performance, operational execution, safety, quality, delivery, capital investments, and workforce development
