Job summary

Refresco Beverages US/Canada region seeks a seasoned Regional Plant Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting and analysis for multiple plants. You will partner with Sr.

Ops Directors and plant management to deliver accurate results, drive cost savings, and ensure capital expenditure governance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years at controller level, CPA/CMA, and strong ERP/SAP experience, with exposure to manufacturing accounting and costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent designation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate financial results across multiple plants.
• Support plant management with budgeting, forecasting and capex evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and SOX controls.
• Lead audits and drive process improvements in finance operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on cost savings initiatives.
