Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Plant Controller responsible for the integrity of financial results and safeguarding plant assets for a high‑complexity operation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; 5–7 years manufacturing experience.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent designation.
• Experience with SAP and GAAP/IFRS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and working capital metrics.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and capex analysis.
• Manage and develop direct reports; ensure internal controls and audits.
• Support external and internal audit processes; ensure GAAP compliance.
