Refresco Beverages US Inc. in the United States seeks a Plant Controller to ensure accurate financial results, safeguard assets, and lead accounting for a multi-line plant.

You will manage direct reports and collaborate with Operations Management, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain Finance. Required: Bachelor's in Accounting, 5–7 years in manufacturing or cost accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge, SAP/Excel proficiency, and proven analysis and leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field plus 5-7 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Manufacturing/costing experience is required.
• Food and Beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.
• US GAAP/IFRS knowledge and strong control environment awareness.
