Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Regional Plant Controller to ensure accurate financial results and asset protection across plants. You will partner with Sr. Ops Directors and plant management to deliver timely financial leadership and robust reporting.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, capex support, audits, and process improvements, requiring strong Excel and SAP experience and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years at controller level with manufacturing exposure.
• US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge.
• ERP system experience and strong financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of monthly plant financial results and asset safeguarding.
• Lead budgeting, forecast, and annual operating plan for regional manufacturing facilities.
• Provide guidance on capex requests and post-audit reviews.
• Support internal and external audits and ad-hoc reporting.
• Drive process improvements to deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.
