A division of a global publicly traded company is confidentially seeking a Regional Plant Controller to support a multi-site manufacturing operation.

This role is manufacturing finance first, accounting second, serving as a key business partner to operations leadership to improve cost performance, margins, and plant-level decision making.

Regional Controller Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to plant leadership, providing insights on productivity, scrap, labor efficiency, and manufacturing cost drivers
• Lead plant financial forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance reporting
• Drive cost accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory analytics
• Support pricing, quoting, and profitability analysis across product lines
• Monitor working capital, inventory levels, and capital investment performance
• Strengthen financial controls and support month-end close activities
• Improve reporting, dashboards, and ERP-driven financial visibility

Ideal Background

• 9+ years of experience in manufacturing finance / plant accounting environments
• Strong experience with cost accounting and manufacturing variance analysis
