Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Plant Controller in California to oversee financial results, assets and reporting for a multi‑line operation. You will lead day‑to‑day accounting, reporting, and inventory control while developing direct reports and partnering with Plant Management and the North American Finance Team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, internal controls, capital expenditure analysis and cost savings through close collaboration with operations and finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in cost/financial roles.
• Experience with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting for the plant.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
• Analyze capital expenditures and driving cost savings.
• Perform cost analysis and maintain inventory controls.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies.
• Support internal and external audits and statutory reporting.
• Develop and manage plant accounting staff and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Plant Management and Finance teams on budgeting and forecasts.
