Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Plant Controller to lead financial oversight for a multi-line plant with SKU complexity.

You will guide accounting, reporting and inventory control, manage a team of accountants and collaborate with Plant Management, North American Finance, and other Controllers to safeguard assets and deliver accurate GAAP-compliant results. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent designation preferred.
• Manufacturing/costing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in staff management and leadership roles.
• Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Balance sheet oversight and reconciliation.
• Forecasting and budget planning.
• Capital expenditure analysis and reporting.
• Accurate cost analysis.
• Compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Statutory reporting as required.
• Completion of internal and external audits.
• Support continuous operational and financial improvements with focus on cost savings.
• Manage and develop direct reports.
