Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a seasoned Physical Security Leader to oversee site security operations (access control, video management, visitor management, badging) and contract personnel across a large geographic area.

You will collaborate with local law enforcement, develop SOPs, manage incident response, and lead emergency planning and training to ensure a safe, compliant, and resilient work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a security management role.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate security (contractor or employee).
• Current or previous guard license; executive protection certifications; or investigative certifications a plus.
• Proven ability to handle acute incidents (e.g., medicals, evacuations).
• Experience with security systems: access control, alarm monitoring, visitor management, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site security operations and manage security personnel across multiple sites.
• Oversee security teams, projects, and policies; respond to incidents and coordinate with local responders.
• Design and manage scheduling for Physical Security Operations and executive protection coordination.
• Serve as lead point-of-contact for security, crisis management, and incident reporting at the assigned site.
• Plan, train, and onboard security personnel; build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce clear reports and metrics for security leadership and executives.
