Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Tukwila, WA, for a Security Field Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily field operations, managing and supporting security personnel, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additional tasks involve assessing security protocols, coordinating staff schedules, conducting site inspections, and promoting excellent customer service. This role requires dynamic leadership and hands‑on involvement to maintain effective operations and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and expertise in leading security teams effectively
• Thorough knowledge of Physical Security protocols and practices
