Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Physical Security Specialist for on-site work in Portland, OR or Renton, WA. You will lead enterprise physical security operations, respond to incidents, and provide executive protection for senior leaders and key personnel.

The role includes planning protective operations for board meetings, managing security technologies, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Homeland Security, Emergency Management or related field with 5+ years in protective services or equivalent.
• Preferred certifications include CPP, PSP, APP, executive protection, CPR/AED and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise physical security operations aligned with risk posture and business needs.
• Respond to critical incidents and emergencies affecting personnel and facilities.
• Provide executive protection for senior leaders and designated personnel.
• Plan and execute protective operations for board meetings and high-profile events.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate threats.
• Oversee security technologies and SOC systems.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies as needed.
• Manage contracted security vendors to ensure compliance.
• Develop and deliver physical security policies and training.
