Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system actively seeking a Philanthropy Manager to lead the Tennessee region's annual fund program, cultivating and stewarding gifts from $1,000 to $9,999. You will work with the regional Foundation team to drive donor engagement and campaign success.

The role calls for 3-5 years in fundraising or related community relations, an ability to build strong donor relationships, and proficiency with donor databases such as Salesforce.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales, fundraising, or other community relationship building.
• Experience with donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute regional annual giving programs, focusing on first time donors and upgrading existing donors.
• Collaborate with the VP of Philanthropy to set annual fund goals for the region.
• Cultivate, solicit and steward donors giving unrestricted gifts ($1,000–$9,999).
• Support donor engagement, campaigns, and fundraising events in the Tennessee market.
• Produce regular fundraising reports and maintain accurate data in the donor database.
