Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN seeks a Director of Annual Engagement to lead our comprehensive annual giving and mid-level donor program, supporting the new hospital campus and long-term campaign goals.

You will design and implement strategies to grow philanthropic support across individuals, employees, and community donors, supervising staff, and collaborating with leadership, marketing, and IT to ensure data-driven, compliant fundraising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of fundraising experience.
• At least 3 years in annual giving or donor engagement strategy with demonstrated success.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of annual engagement strategy to meet fundraising goals.
• Oversee all annual giving initiatives including direct mail, digital campaigns, employee giving, and grateful patient programs.
• Develop donor pipelines to attract, retain and upgrade donors toward major gifts.
• Supervise annual giving staff and monitor campaign results with KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, compliance, and IT to ensure data-driven, compliant fundraising.
