Zusammenfassung

Centerstone in the United States seeks a Philanthropy Manager to lead the regional annual giving program, focusing on donors giving $1,000–$9,999 and event sponsorships. The PM will collaborate with the VP of Philanthropy and the Tennessee Foundation team to grow donor engagement and funding.

Responsibilities include donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and reporting. You will support Life Story events, monthly donors, and employee giving while using Salesforce to track

Qualifikationen

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 3–5 years in sales, fundraising, or community relationship building.
Solid knowledge of fundraising principles, processes and systems.

Aufgaben

Develop and lead regional annual giving for the Foundation, focusing on first-time, renewing, and upgrading donors giving $1,000–$9,999.
Collaborate with VP of Philanthropy to set annual fund goals and plan donor strategies.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors with capacity to give unrestricted gifts.
