Centerstone in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Philanthropy Manager to plan and execute the region’s annual fund program, focusing on donors giving $1,000–$9,999. The role partners with the Vice President and Director of Philanthropy to grow donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fundraising or gift development, strong donor relations skills, and experience with donor databases such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of sales, fundraising, or other community relationship building.
• Experience using donor databases, preferably Salesforce.
• Solid knowledge of fundraising principles and processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute the region's annual giving program with focus on first-time, renewing and upgraded donors and participation in gifts $1,000–$9,999.
• Collaborate with the VP of Philanthropy to set regional annual fund goals.
• Plan donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship for unrestricted gifts.
• Maintain a strong stewardship strategy for portfolio donors.
• Maintain contact with annual giving donors and implement a strategic solicitation cycle.
• Support regional fundraising activities including events and donor drives.
• Contribute to prospect research and manage assigned prospects with capacity to give financially.
• Coordinate with Foundation communications to align messaging and collateral for donor engagement and retention.
• Produce regular fundraising reports and track progress and adjustments.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting in the database.
