Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Manager, Pharmacy Talent Acquisition to lead a recruiting team responsible for attracting talent across a regional geography. Responsibilities

Prioritizes open requisitions based on hiring urgency.
Advises hiring partners on candidate availability for hard-to-fill roles.
Selects sourcing channels suited to targeted talent pools.
Sets assessment criteria for consistent candidate evaluation.
Resolves recruitment bottlenecks affecting hiring timelines.
Uses recruitment metrics to refine candidate outreach.
Reviews selection practices for compliance with applicable hiring requirements.
