Guardian Pharmacy of Columbus is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist with leadership responsibilities to supervise pharmacists and technicians in a fast-paced setting in Columbus, OH.

The role ensures compliant dispensing, efficient workflows, and active collaboration with the Pharmacy Operations team to maintain quality and regulatory standards. A PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy plus an active license is required.

• Pharmacist with 5+ years of experience preferred, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimal direction.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with multiple tasks.
• Committed to quality and proactive in spotting errors and issues.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians and manage daily production to meet schedules.
• Ensure workflows, staffing, and dispensing accuracy to support on-time delivery.
• Serve as on-floor pharmacist at least 75% of shift.
• Communicate with Director, Pharmacy Operations about issues affecting production, safety or compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and maintain proper records.
• Train newly hired pharmacists and assist in scheduling to ensure licensed coverage.
• Oversee CII ordering, inventory control, and dispensing within regulations.
• Maintain 797-Compliance program including training and documentation.
• Evaluate workflows and implement efficiency and safety improvements.
• Assist with pharmacy student evaluations and daily duties.
• Collaborate with supervisors and departments to keep operations smooth.
