Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Manager of Purchasing to lead procurement and inventory across locations. The role emphasizes process development, DSCSA compliance, and cross-department collaboration to minimize patient delays.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmaceutical purchasing with leadership experience, strong data analysis, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook. This is a remote role with EST hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Desired: MBA or other Advanced Business Degree
• Required: 5+ years of pharmaceutical (or other healthcare) purchasing experience
• Desired: Previous leadership/supervisory experience with high volume POs and high value inventories with a JIT inventory methodology.
• 2-4 years experience supervising others; data analysis and Excel/Outlook proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of pharmaceutical products for all locations and manage ordering and inventory levels according to contractual obligations and established methodologies
• Oversee all purchasing and inventory activities and develop the team
• Develop, review and document processes; standardize procedures and tools to improve efficiency and minimize patient delays
• Support DSCSA compliance rollout and monitoring
• Collaborate with other departments on audits (accounting, accreditation) and onboarding of new staff
• Assist and educate site fulfillment teams; act as back-up for director
• Adhere to Code of Conduct, company policies and applicable laws
