Qualifications

• Minimum Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and patient care standards.
• Experience leading pharmacy teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational pharmacy operations to ensure safe dispensing and high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily workflow, inventory controls, and quality assurance to meet regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, drive prescription growth, and optimize reimbursement and profitability.
• Recruit, train, mentor staff and foster accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
