Job summary

Guardian of the Heartland, a Guardian family member, has an exciting opportunity in Fenton, Missouri. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8A–5P with a company car provided. Territory includes Missouri, Kansas, Northern Arkansas, and Western Illinois.

You will develop sales plans, nurture client relationships, and ensure profitability while collaborating with operations to deliver superior service in long-term care facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' new sales or account management in LTC, assisted living, skilled nursing, or geriatric facilities.
• Pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving with attention to detail.
• Team oriented; able to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plan aligned with the business plan.
• Grow existing relationships and win new business in LTC facilities.
• Ensure maximum customer adoption in all facilities served.
• Market locally as the preferred provider to residents and families.
• Verify profitability targets via sales agreements with clients.
• Maintain client contracts and provide expert advisory support.
• Coordinate with operations to maintain high service levels.
• Provide consulting for compliance at client facilities.
• Train client staff and pharmacy staff as needed.
• Participate in local association meetings related to LTC facilities.
• Design collateral and participate in industry networking to raise visibility.
• Manage contracts and position solutions to grow revenue.
• Participate in QA activities and feedback loops from client visits.
• Serve as liaison for e-MAR interface between customer and pharmacy.
