Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies in the United States seeks a PET Regional Modality Leader to drive growth across a defined region, integrating clinical expertise, strategy, and account management to expand PET radiopharmaceutical adoption. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to lead high-value strategic accounts and enterprise initiatives in molecular imaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, or related field.
• MBA or MHA preferred for advanced leadership and management responsibilities.
• 7–10+ years in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, or specialty healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy to grow the PET imaging portfolio and related theranostic products.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and regional opportunities.
• Support and elevate field sales performance through coaching, training, and clinical/reimbursement expertise.
• Manage and grow key strategic PET accounts, building long-term partnerships with health systems and IDNs.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing clinical, operational, and financial decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in PET and molecular imaging, guiding clinical applications and workflow.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen market positioning and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure execution.
• Provide input on pricing, account strategy, and solution delivery to optimize business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reimbursement frameworks.
