Jubilant Radiopharmacies is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth across defined US regions, partnering with health systems, hospitals, and imaging centers. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and position Jubilant as a trusted partner through value‑based conversations in complex healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven success in territory management, pipeline development, and account growth.
• Experience selling into hospitals, imaging centers, or IDNs.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Strong ability to build relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of consultative or solution‑based sales approaches (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) preferred.
• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or diagnostic imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to commercial growth priorities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, renewals, and account expansion.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, tracking opportunities and next steps.
• Lead strategic account planning across IDNs and health systems.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate Jubilant’s value through tailored solutions and messaging.
• Support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with inside sales, operations, and pharmacy teams to deliver customer success.
• Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity in radiopharma and diagnostic imaging.
• Represent Jubilant at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
