Qualifikationen

• Certified Sales Leadership or Commercial Excellence training preferred.
• 8-12+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or radiopharmaceutical sales.
• 3-5+ years direct people leadership in field-based sales.
• Proven regional revenue growth including new business and retention.
• Experience with hospitals, IDNs, imaging centers; complex accounts.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM knowledge.
• FDA regulations, cGMP, quality systems familiarity.
• Radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, imaging, or diagnostics preferred.
• Familiarity with GPOs, IDNs, and enterprise accounts.
• Leadership, coaching, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop Territory and Account Managers to grow new business and retention.
• Own regional performance across SPECT, PET, and Gallium product lines; meet revenue targets.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
• Guide account prioritization and segmentation for high-value opportunities with coverage.
• Support pricing strategies, proposals, and contract execution for deals.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, operations, and marketing to align strategy.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies from market insights and competitive intel.
• Partner with enterprise accounts and GPO strategies for regional execution.
• Provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness and deal execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and competitive risks; address challenges proactively.
• Represent Jubilant Radiopharmacies at industry events and customer engagements.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare market and radiopharmaceutical trends.
