Job summary

Club4Fitness seeks a Regional Personal Training Manager in Flowood, MS to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers. You will coach staff on client consultations, manage monthly production goals, and ensure adherence to PT policies and procedures.

You will lead and develop PT teams across clubs, promote client retention, and collaborate with leadership to implement training and sales strategies. On-site role with variable hours, including flexible early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with current credentials.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Degree in exercise science is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard personal trainers for their region.
• Coach trainers on consultations and client acquisition.
• Lead PT staff to meet regional sales and production goals.
• Maintain policy compliance and disseminate updates clearly.
• Collaborate with PT Director to drive revenue and retention.
