Job summary

Club4Fitness in Mississippi is seeking a Regional Personal Training Manager to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers across clubs, ensuring program growth and monthly production targets are met.

You will coach PT staff on consultations, lead by example, manage KPI attainment, oversee club PT goals, and drive revenue through sales and team leadership while maintaining high client safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with practical knowledge of physiology and exercise technique.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a motivational coaching style.
• Proven leadership ability and experience in multi-club environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard Personal Training Managers in assigned region.
• Coach PT staff on consultations and client engagement to grow monthly production.
• Lead by example on policy adherence and sales strategies across clubs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive PT revenue through team performance and training.
• Maintain safety, scheduling, and ongoing staff development across regions.
