Job summary

Club at TCP LLC is seeking a Regional Personal Training Manager to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers across clubs in the region. You will ensure programs grow to meet monthly production, train staff on consultations, and drive sales strategies under the Personal Training Director's guidance.

You will lead by example in policy adherence, performance reviews, and coaching; coordinate onboarding for new PTMs and staff, while maintaining client satisfaction and club revenue

Qualifications

• Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with credentials and knowledge of physiology and training.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills; ability to manage regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard PT staff in assigned region.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales; ensure KPI growth and retention.
• Lead PT team to meet club PT goals and drive revenue; communicate policy changes.
