Job summary

FLOWERMOUND CLUB 24 LLC is seeking a Regional Personal Training Manager to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers within the region. This role ensures the personal training program meets performance expectations and regional targets for monthly production, while upholding club policies and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, coach staff in consultations, and drive PT revenue through effective sales and training strategies across multiple clubs in the region.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with ACSM/ACE/NASM/NCCA certification.
• CPR/AED certified.
• High School Diploma required; exercise science degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor new Personal Trainers in the region.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and apply sales strategies.
• Manage onboarding schedule and monthly trainer business plans.
• Ensure achievement of regional PT revenue and KPI targets.
• Communicate policy changes to PT staff and maintain session quality.
