• Schedule trainings to build knowledge of POS systems.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and performance.
• Lead staff and enforce PT policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality reviews and assign new clients to trainers.
• Support sales strategies and monthly reporting to PT Director.
