Qualifications

• Direct experience selling into Jewel-Osco within the last 5 years.
• Proven track record selling perishable goods within the last 5 years.
• 5+ years of CPG sales experience plus 2+ years leading teams.
• Fact-based selling using IRI, Nielsen, or Perishable Group data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand key retail relationship with Jewel-Osco across the territory.
• Direct and train broker partners to drive distribution and in-store execution.
• Build data-driven regional sales plans and account-specific marketing programs.
• Provide direct leadership, development, and guidance for the regional sales team.
