Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Regional Performance Analyst to support regional leadership with data analysis, financial insights, and performance reporting across New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia. The role requires autonomy and the ability to translate large data sets into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

You will partner with OVPs and GMs, develop dashboards, and help drive investment evaluations, forecasts, and ROIs while traveling up to 45% to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data, financial, or operational analysis, preferably supporting large-scale or multi-location businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with high-volume data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with dashboarding, reporting, or business intelligence tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze dealer financial statements and operational performance data to support business evaluations and investment opportunities.
• Conduct research, trend analysis, and financial modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare proformas, forecasts, and ROI analyses for acquisitions and operational investments.
• Partner with regional operational leaders, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations that drive business results.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate performance trends to senior leadership.
• Perform market assessments and competitive analysis using internal and external data sources.
• Support acquisition integration efforts by transitioning performance expectations and reporting structures into ongoing operational management.
• Assist with month-end reporting, financial audits, ad hoc analyses, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance data quality.
