8Fleet Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Associate to support the Regional Operations Manager in tracking, analyzing, and improving performance across markets in the region.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to how a physical operation runs at scale. You'll be in the data, on calls, and occasionally on-site, building reports, dashboards, and materials for market reviews, and ensuring action items are completed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar fast-paced, data-driven role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Comfort in spreadsheets and a genuine interest in what the numbers are telling you.

Responsabilités

• Track regional KPIs: driver supply, fleet utilization, labor, safety, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for regional leadership visibility.
• Pull and clean operational data, catch inconsistencies, and flag anomalies.
• Help prep materials for market performance reviews, and track follow-through on action items.
• Run first-pass analysis on underperforming markets or metrics to identify what happened and when.
• Document what's working in one market so it can be shared, and keep playbooks up to date.
• Coordinate logistics for market visits, audits, and cross-market initiatives.
• Take on a specific market, metric, or project as an owner as you grow.
