Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or regional/multi-market roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and analytics/BI tools (Power BI); experience with GCP, data governance and data mesh principles.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, Agile/SAFe delivery, and scalable data infrastructure.
• Functional understanding of enterprise processes and systems (SAP ERP, CRM, SCM) and strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional data strategy aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders and central teams to identify and onboard Data Owners and Data Product Owners.
• Lead collection, analysis, and delivery of analytics, dashboards, and scalable data pipelines to support business metrics.
• Serve as regional point of contact for Data & AI initiatives, from framing through deployment and adoption.
• Ensure data governance, quality, security, PII documentation, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and drive cross-entity implementations.
