Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Regional People Partner to connect Airport Operations leaders with their teams. You will coach station managers, resolve employee relations issues, and build an optimal employee experience that helps CLEAR thrive.

You will own labor relations across stations, run investigations, and translate data into practical recommendations for leadership. The role requires presence in DEN with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or People Partner experience, including real time support for hourly/frontline teams.
• Ability to earn trust with operational leaders and coach them with good judgment and empathy.
• Read data and insights from surveys and discussions, then turn into actions.
• Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Clear communication at all levels, from one-on-one to group briefings.
• This is an in-operation role based out of DEN, with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to People Partner for Operations leaders in your region—the person they call when things are tricky.
• Coach station leaders and managers through training, timely feedback, and meaningful recognition.
• Own employee and labor relations across stations, run investigations, and partner with Legal for fair outcomes.
• Turn employee data and survey results into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Collaborate across People and Operations on onboarding, process fixes, and consistency of practices.
