Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or People Partner experience including frontline support.
• Ability to coach operational leaders with good judgment and empathy.
• Reading data and surveys, turning insights into action.
• Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to People Partner for Operations leaders in your region and coach station leaders.
• Own employee and labor relations across stations; run investigations and collaborate with Legal.
• Turn data, surveys, and ground feedback into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Partner with People and Operations on onboarding, processes, and standardized practices.
