With 5+ years in HR, you will read people data, translate insights into action, and lead in a dynamic environment. Expect up to 30% travel and on-site work in New York.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR/People Partner experience.
• Support hourly or frontline teams and handle complex employee relations.
• Read data and feedback to translate into action.
• Juggle multiple priorities in a shifting environment.
• Communicate clearly with leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to People Partner for Operations leaders in your region.
• Coach station leaders and managers with training and real-time feedback.
• Own employee and labor relations across stations, collaborating with Legal.
• Turn surveys and feedback into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Partner with People and Operations on onboarding and process improvements.
