Job summary

CLEAR is building the secure identity platform of the future and seeks a Regional People Partner to support Airport Operations teams. This in-operation role is based out of Denver International Airport (DEN) with travel up to 50% to regional stations.

You will coach station leaders, own employee relations, and partner with Legal to ensure fair outcomes while driving engagement and retention. Success comes from data-driven decisions, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR or People Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting hourly/frontline teams.
• Ability to coach leaders with good judgment and empathy.
• Strong data interpretation and actionable insight.
• Excellent communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Airport Operations leaders to advise on people matters.
• Coach station leaders and managers with training and feedback.
• Run investigations and resolve employee relations issues with Legal.
• Translate data and survey results into practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with People and Operations on onboarding and processes.
