Job summary

The twentysix People Team in New York is seeking a People Advisor to collaborate with Business and Regional People Partners on talent strategy, HR policies, performance, and ER matters. You will help implement and enhance HR initiatives across ME and APAC regions from a US base.

The role requires a proactive, strategic mindset and a capacity to work across geographies, supporting People Partners with practical delivery and analytics to improve employee experience and engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ generalist HR experience in professional services or financial services.
• Experience working in matrix organisations with multiple lines of responsibility and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across ME and/or APAC markets.
• Ability to work seamlessly across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; CIPD is valued.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and processes, integrating legislation knowledge and best practice.
• Collaborate with People Partners on cyclical processes like annual performance management and compensation planning.
• Build relationships with key business stakeholders and coach Talent Managers on team dynamics.
• Manage low to medium complexity ER cases from start to finish with internal ER team support.
• Drive the annual People Engagement Survey process: timelines, communications, completion rates and insights.
• Conduct follow-up interviews with departing employees and analyze turnover data.
• Act as a continuous improvement champion, identifying policy/process improvements for the People Strategy.
• Provide analytics to drive business improvement and employee engagement and retention insights.
• Work with global/regional Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Learning teams for cohesive support.
• Support local learning needs with the Global Learning team and regional engagement initiatives.
