Job summary

Seattle Children's seeks a Physician Liaison for Eastern Washington, based in the Tri-Cities, to serve as a trusted resource for referring providers and ensure access to pediatric specialty care.

Under the Director of Physician Relations, you will develop relationships, analyze referral data, and create outreach plans to grow referrals, while representing Seattle Children's and supporting regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or health care, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five (5) years in sales, customer service, business development, or physician relations.
• Must have a driving record acceptable to Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with referring providers to ensure Seattle Children's is the referral site of choice.
• Act as a trusted resource for communication, information, and problem solving within the region.
• Analyze data and referral patterns to identify opportunities and risks and inform planning.
• Develop and execute outreach plans to increase referrals and strengthen top referrers.
